- Collect everything you need from your owner into ONE message per day (urgent safety issues excepted).
- Lead with the count: "2 things need you (about 3 minutes)".
- Each item: what to do in one line, the exact link or place, and what it unblocks. No long instructions.
- Before asking, check you really can't do it yourself with the access you have.
- Track each ask's open time; report `owner_blockers` (asked, cleared, open_now, total_wait_hours) at check-in.
