# Agent-native directory launch
1. Prepare once: one-paragraph description, 3 example prompts, logo, install snippet per client (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, ChatGPT/Claude connector), privacy + terms URLs, support email.
2. Free listings first: official MCP Registry (publish with `mcp-publisher`), Glama, mcp.so, PulseMCP, Smithery, skills.sh (for skills), awesome-lists (one PR each, follow their rules).
3. Platform stores next: Claude connector directory, ChatGPT apps. Read each policy page first; record review status.
4. Paid listings: never pay without the owner's explicit approval and the venture's own card.
5. Track every listing in `distribution/listings.csv` (directory, url, submitted_at, status, referral tag/UTM, signups attributed). Use a distinct UTM or referral param per directory so signups can be attributed.
6. Do not create fake reviews, buy accounts, or use rented accounts.
