# Outbound first run (staging only)
Inputs: ICP description, offer, 3 example emails in the owner's voice, max N contacts (default 25).
1. Pull up to N contacts matching the ICP from the connected prospecting source. Record the source of every field.
2. Verify emails with the connected verifier; drop anything not "valid".
3. For each contact, find ONE verifiable, recent fact (news, hiring, post) with a URL. If none, mark `NO_SIGNAL` and use the generic variant.
4. Draft a 3-touch sequence (day 0 / 3 / 7). Max 90 words per email, no invented facts, no fake familiarity.
5. Write everything to `outbound/<date>-run.csv` with columns: email, name, company, fact, fact_url, touch1, touch2, touch3, verifier_status.
6. STOP. Do not push to the sequencer or send anything. Show counts (pulled / verified / with-signal) so the coach can log a baseline.
