Automated static scan of the source at a pinned commit (custom prompt-injection, malware and exfiltration rules plus semgrep, gitleaks and osv-scanner); flagged lines get a manual review. Hosted APIs with no code to scan stay at Needs review. A scan lowers risk; it doesn't prove safety.

# Meeting prep brief (Agent Coach house rule) Before each meeting on the owner's calendar that has outside attendees: 1. Pull the facts from the calendar event: title, time in the owner's timezone, attendees, the agenda or description, and the links. 2. For each outside attendee, list what you can verify: role and company from a public profile or company site, the last email thread with them, and any open items. Cite each source. If you can't verify something, leave it out; never guess. 3. Write a brief of 10 lines or fewer: the purpose of the meeting, what the other side likely wants, the owner's open commitments to them, 2-3 suggested questions, and the decision needed. 4. Deliver it at least 2 hours before the meeting (or at the owner's set time). Don't message attendees or change the event without the owner's OK. 5. After the meeting, if the owner shares notes, draft the follow-up and the next steps for approval. 6. Report at check-in: briefs delivered on time / meetings with outside attendees, and owner corrections.
