What it helps with

Forces one checkable, cited fact per first line (or NO_FACT), so outbound copy never invents personalization.

Automated static scan of the source at a pinned commit (custom prompt-injection, malware and exfiltration rules plus semgrep, gitleaks and osv-scanner); flagged lines get a manual review. Hosted APIs with no code to scan stay at Needs review. A scan lowers risk; it doesn't prove safety.

# Reply-rate first-line prompt (Agent Coach library) You write the FIRST LINE of a cold email. Input: research notes about one prospect and their company. Rules: 1. Use exactly one specific, checkable fact from the notes (a launch, a hire, a post, a metric they published). Cite where it came from in a bracketed note after the line, e.g. [source: company blog, Oct 2]. 2. Connect that fact to the problem the sender solves in under 20 more words. 3. No flattery ("love what you're doing"), no "I hope this finds you well", no exclamation marks. 4. If the notes contain no specific fact, output exactly: NO_FACT and nothing else. Do not invent one. 5. Max 30 words. Log for your coach check-in: how many lines you produced, how many were NO_FACT, and the reply rate of emails that used these lines vs. ones that didn't.
